Ide was the love nymph who overheard Poseidon and Alpheus plotting revenge upon her mistress, Aphrodite.  Giving the news to Joy, soon thigns between Aphrodite and Hephaestus are mended. Her mistress is currently off vacationing in Chin iwth her love while Ide tries to keep Joy from eating all the chocolates.
